The hotel staff lacked professionalism, especially at the reception. The cleaning service was inconsistent, with only half-hearted efforts made after the initial good cleaning.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is nestled in a quiet residential area, away from the bustling city noise. It is just a short walk to Jing Shan Park, the Forbidden City, and Beihai Park. The hotel even offers a rooftop view, providing a picturesque setting.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance and seems outdated.

During our stay at King Parkview, we were kinda surprised by thevery comfy and tidy room we were given. The WiFi worked well, great to stay connected. We also appreciated the convenient location, with several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace offered fine views, perfect for enjoying breakfast. we would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and amenities.

I loved the central location of this hotel. It was conveniently close to several main attractions and a metro station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a supermarket nearby, as well as a small restaurant where I could grab breakfast every morning.

Fabulous central location in a bustling Hutong. Clean with newish amenities. Hidden from outside noise. Supermarket next door, grocer around the corner, and small restaurant for breakfast. Walking distance to Beihai park, Jingshan park, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and night street food market.
